Pricing and FAQ's
All projects are individually quoted. The rates below are a guideline. Pricing is only for calligraphy and doesn't include paper or other items to be written on. Final payment, including any shipping fee, is due upon completion and before any job is shipped back to the client.

Envelopes (3 line address, including zip code):
Single, unlined and translucent envelopes, $3.75 each *
Additional lines, $1.00
Outer and inner envelope sets, $4.75 *
Place Cards / Escort Cards:
Place cards or escort cards with single guest name and table number, $2.00 each *
Place cards or escort cards with single guest name and table name, $2.25 each *
Table Number Cards:
Table number cards, single sided using numerals, $4.00 each *
* Additional fees will apply for rush orders, additional lines, custom ink color, metallic ink, inside liners, opaque, dark, textured, glossy, shimmer or letterpress papers. Changes in paper type or color after a price is quoted may increase cost.
Vows, love letters, proposals, song lyrics, poems, spot calligraphy for wedding invitations, menus or any other custom calligraphy will be quoted individually. Pricing will be per word, or per line, depending on the piece, as well as a set up/design fee.
- Envelope pricing reflects addressing the front of the envelope only.
- Zip codes written on a separate line do not count as an additional line.
- A deposit of 25% of the estimated cost of calligraphy will reserve time for you in my schedule. Deposit is not refundable if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the agreed start date of calligraphy. Upon completion of calligraphy, an invoice will be provided showing balance due and will include any shipping fees. Final payment must be received before your job is shipped.
- If your supplies or guest list don't arrive by the agreed start date, I reserve the right to cancel your order and keep your deposit. If supplies or address list arrive AFTER the agreed start date, a rush fee of 40% of the total job cost will apply.
- I accept cash, checks and credit card payments via PayPal, see below.
- For shipped orders, full payment is required before I return your completed order, by either check or credit card using PayPal. Shipping cost is in addition to the cost of calligraphy. PayPal payments will be charged their 2.9% transaction fee. I'll return your order to you via the shipping carrier that you chose. I pack completed orders the same way that I receive them. I cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time and/or without damage incurred during shipping.
